Shipping policy

Lead Time

We aim to process all orders within 5 – 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when order has been shipped.

Force Majeure

As the majority of our products are personalised, hand-made gift items, we are likely to experience high volumes of orders at peak seasonal times, which may cause a delay in processing your order. We will communicate with you at the earliest opportunity, either by e-mail or telephone, if this is likely to be the case.

Please be aware that peak seasonal times, or other influencing factors (adverse weather, epidemics, force majeure) may affect postal and courier services we use. This is outside of our control and therefore, Maverick Creative Ltd, cannot be held liable for delays in delivery times once your order has been processed and despatched (i.e. in the time following your order despatch notification).

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates are set at the product level. When purchasing multiple items, the shipping charge will be based on the largest / heaviest item.

You can select options to pay for Special Delivery or Track & Sign services during the checkout process. Please note, however, this does not reduce the lead time in processing your order.

You cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed and despatched.

Import Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maverick Creative Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Checking Order Status

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if applicable) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time plus 4 business days, please contact us at nay@maverickcreative.uk (please specify ‘late delivery and your order number in the subject bar) and we will look into it for you.

PO Boxes

Regretfully, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
